    Gather for a time of encouragement and prayer. We all have a 'mess' we are in at any moment and it's not always pretty. Our speakers will share what God has them in right now and how they are responding in faith in the middle of their 'mess'. We will continue to encourage one another as we pray for each other, our church, our community and our world.

    Mother's Day Celebration for Single Moms

    Crossroads Fellowship and Women's Ministry would like to invite you to a special Mother's Day service celebrating Single Moms.

    When: Mother's Day  |  Sunday, May 12th  |  11AM 

    Where: Great Room, Millbrook Campus

    Who: All Single Moms at Crossroads Fellowship

    Why: To be a morning of encouragement, fellowship and blessing together. 

    What: The service will include a sermon by Joe Humphries and encouraging words by Ginny Bradshaw    along with coffee and yummies!

    This is a special time for you single moms to be encouraged and celebrated so leave the kids in childcare and come join us!

    Crossroads Fellowship, Millbrook Campus

    Crossroads is excited to host this year’s Joy Prom, a special event for people 16 and older with developmental and/or physical challenges. Guests will receive star-quality treatment including a chance to get their shoes shined, makeup done, receive a boutonniere or corasage, walk the red carpet, have their picture taken, eat a fabulous dinner and dance the night away with friends! It will be an amazing night to celebrate our friends with special needs. We may even get a visit from the king of Rock n' Roll!

    Want to help make an impact at this incredible event? There are many ways you can help make this a wonderful evening for the 400+ anticipated guests of honor!

    Volunteer postions include:
    • Guest host
    • Glamour Area (Shoe Shining, Makeup, Boutonniere/Corsage)
    • Photography
    • Food (Preparation, Serving)
    • Greeting Parents and Caregivers
    • Decorating
    • Clean Up
    • And so much more!

    There is a place for EVERYONE to volunteer. Training will be provided. Students under 16 years old are asked to volunteer with a parent.

    Help make an impact in the lives of hundreds of area teens and adults with special needs at this spectacular night of dinner and dancing!

    Interested in serving but can't attend Joy Prom? Want to make an impact behind the scenes? We have a plethora of items that we need to make this a night to remember for our guests. Below you will find a list of donatable items needed for the evening.

    A pack includes 1 of each:
    Q-tip package
    Bag of cotton balls
    Roll of paper towels
    Multicolor pack of eye shadow
    Multicolor pack of blush
    Lip gloss or sm. tub of Vaseline
    Glitter body lotion
    Hair spray
    Fancy hair accessories (ie. tiaras, jeweled bobby pins, flower clips, decorative barrettes)

    Route 66 Shoe Shine Kit (4 kits needed):
    A kit includes 1 of each:
    White tennis shoe cleaner
    Tub of black shoe polish
    Tub of browb shoe polish
    Cloths for shoe shining
    Plastic shoe box with lid to contain items
    2 packs of sunglasses

    Additional items:
    Set of 8 tiaras (4 sets needed)
    Bead necklaces (Mardis-gras type)
    Gift cards for Sam’s/Wal-Mart (they are interchangeable)

    Food Items (no peanut products, please):
    Case of small water bottles (no specified amount but we need plenty)
    Bags of chips
    Homemad baked goods (cookies, bars, cupcakes)
    Individually wrapped snacks (ie. Little Debbies, Cheezits, pretzels, etc.)
    2 Liter Soda

    GAiN - Summer Family Mission Trip
    June 18-22  |  For All Ages

    Join other Crossroads individuals and families as we serve together at the GAiN (Global Aid Network) Logistical Center in Lancaster, PA the week of June 18-22. We will pack school supplies, clothes, blankets, shoes, seeds, food and make gospel bead bracelets, blankets, etc. It is truly a wonderful experience to serve God’s people around the world as you fellowship with your family and meet new friends.

    This generational conference features writer LaTan Roland Murphy speaking with candid humility and raw honesty as she draws from her own real-life mistakes and failures.     Finding Peace After Abuse Recovery Groups
    Thursdays  |  6:30pm  |  Hope Church
    Called to Peace Ministries is offering support groups for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and emotionally destructive relationships. The first group will meet at Hope Church of Raleigh at 4911 Green Rd on Thursday nights at 6:30pm, and there will be an online group for those who cannot make the local meetings. Space is limited for both groups, so please RSVP to info@calledtopeace.org

    Promised Land Living for Women
    Bi-weekly Tuesdays  |  6pm
    Founder and President of Way of Life Coaching LLC, Cheryl Scanlan, leads this group coaching course, which explores the seemingly impossible together.
