College

The College Ministry exists to empower a new generation to actively live as the church, with a heart for making disciples in their communities and on their campuses. We strive to be a place where 18- to 24-year-olds can belong and become who God has called them to be.

Get Involved

At Crossroads, we desire to create real opportunities for you to connect with your fellow college-aged students. And we’ve found that meaningful connection often happens best when the focus stays on people and relationships.

Our college students meet on Wednesday nights for worship, teaching, and co-ed small groups where you can ask questions, be yourself, and build genuine friendships.

Join us in Rm 211 at the Millbrook Campus from 6:30 to 8:30pm for authentic spiritual conversations and the kind of close-knit community that will get you through these college years!
Crossroads is a multicultural and multigenerational church that’s committed to serving our diverse community. So, we want to encourage you to attend, serve, and embrace your place in our church family!

Whatever worship service hour you attend, we encourage you to find your next step in by serving on teams like:
  • Connections: Connect with Roberta O'Connor at the Millbrook Campus or Jennifer Kicklighter at the Wake Forest Campus to be one of the friendly faces welcoming others into our services.
  • Kids Ministry: Connect with Kathryn Putnam at the Millbrook Campus or Sarah Clark at the Wake Forest Campus to lend a hand in our children's classes.
  • Students Ministry: Connect with Pablo Cruz at the Millbrook Campus and Ryan Siegers at the Wake Forest Campus to model what living for Christ looks like in the next stage of life.
Internships at Crossroads Fellowship are designed to help you grow both personally and professionally. Our interns gain practical experience in ministry leadership, organization, communication, and creative work—all while being on mission for Christ.

Through our hands-on roles, you’ll learn how a church operates, develop strong interpersonal skills, and take part in shaping our diverse, welcoming community. Along the way, you’ll build a strong network of mentors and peers who will support your faith journey and your future career goals—both at Crossroads and beyond.

We offer internships to college-aged students for class credit. View our available internships in a range of departments—from front-facing ministry to behind-the-scenes creative support—below!
College small groups are groups focused on creating intentional and consistent communities that will encourage and challenge you to be a fully devoted follower of Jesus.
