Interning at a Crossroads Fellowship is a great opportunity for you to grow personally and develop professionally for school credit. Interns will gain invaluable experience in ministry leadership, organization, communication, creativity and much more!  These roles will provide a deep understanding of how church operates, allowing you to develop interpersonal skills by engaging with diverse groups and fostering a sense of community. Worship Arts

The Worship Arts intern will be an integral part of our team, assisting in the planning and execution of weekend worship experiences, staff meetings, and ministry events. This includes managing communication via Planning Center, multimedia presentation via Pro-presenter, leading rehearsals and participating in our weekend experiences.  Throughout your internship, you can expect mentorship, guidance, and a nurturing environment to facilitate personal and professional growth.

Tech/Av

The Tech/AV intern will assist with running production at both campuses, working with the Production Director and Tech Director in the setup and instillation of AV equipment along with including troubleshooting. Training will be done in audio engineering, lighting (High End Systems Hog 4), studio mixing and recording (Ableton), camera operations, video switching, video editing and volunteer management.

Communications

The Communications Intern will work alongside the Communications Director, Graphic Designer and Copywriter assisting with print and digital communication, social media, graphic design, print production and copywriting. The Communications intern will be offered the opportunity to (1) provide critical administrative and leadership support to the our department and (2) gain valuable ministry experience. This will include helping manage multiple priorities that support the ministries of Crossroads with branding, marketing, design and copywriting.

Missions

The Missions intern will assist the Missions Department across both campuses to ensure that all missions focused goals are accomplished. The Missions intern is a vital role that offers the opportunity to (1) provide critical administrative support, and leadership support, to the Missions department, and (2) gain valuable ministry experience. This will include experience in managing multiple priorities, leading volunteers, and learning from current leaders, as well as developing relationship with local and global missions organizations and missionaries.

Next Gen

The Next Gen intern will assist the Next Gen Department across both campuses to ensure that all next gen focused goals are accomplished. He or She will  work with the leadership team to create and execute goals as they work with several Next Gen ministries. Additionally, this will be a vital role that offers the opportunity to (1) provide critical administrative support, and leadership support, to the Next Gen Department, and (2) gain valuable ministry experience. This will include experience in managing multiple priorities, leading volunteers, and learning from current leaders.
