Worship Arts Volunteer Roles
TECH TEAM ROLES
• Program Director: Oversees the running of the service. Watch all processes of the service to ensure everything is running as intended. Troubleshoots any technical issues that arise.
• Sound Engineer: Creates the sound for the service and manages the mix for all audios.
• Media Engineer: Manages the slide deck and embedded lighting transitions.
• Video Director: Manages the video switching and camera operators. All video content on the screens and online is overseen by them. • Camera Operator: Running one of the cameras for the online and side screens. Works with the Video Director to maintain a consistent look.
• Online Sound Engineer: Runs Online sound board to ensure clean and engaging sound quality into our digital Platforms
• Online Chat Host/Prayer: Create an engaging experience with the Live Stream Chat as well as answer Prayer requests

WORSHIP TEAM ROLES
DRUMS
• A person who is dependable and punctual.
• Must be able to play to a metronome in different tempos and time signatures.
• A person who is cultivating an authentic relationship with Jesus.
• Is in charge of transitions and operates Ableton software that runs our click & tracks.
• Must be able to keep time when not following a metronome.
• Can learn and execute the drum parts and dynamics of a given song.
• Must have the ability to improvise in supporting the atmosphere and dynamics of spontaneous musical moments.
BASS
• A person who is dependable and punctual.
• Must be able to improvise in supporting the atmosphere and dynamics of spontaneous musical moments.
• A person who is cultivating an authentic relationship with Jesus.
• Must be able to read chord charts. •Must be able to lock in rhythmically with a drummer.
• Must be able to play in all 12 keys.
KEYS
• A person who is dependable and punctual.
• Must be able to play in all 12 keys.
• A person who is cultivating an authentic relationship with Jesus.
• Must be able to read chord charts.
• Must be able to pick out piano parts and execute them for a given song.
• Must be able to play to a metronome in different tempos and time signatures.
• Must be able to musically support altar calls, singers, and spontaneous moments during a service.
ELECTRIC GUITARS
• A person who is dependable and punctual.
• Must be able to play in all 12 keys.
• A person who is cultivating an authentic relationship with Jesus.
• Must be able to read chord charts.
• Must be able to learn and execute lead lines (melody lines and occasionally diads and triads).
• Must have guitar gear and pedals to execute worship guitar tones (drive, delays, reverb).
ACOUSTIC GUITARS
• A person who is dependable and punctual.
• Must be able to play in all 12 keys.
• A person who is cultivating an authentic relationship with Jesus.
• Must be able to read chord charts.

VOCALISTS

• Maintains proper phrasing and breath to each lyrical line.
• Meshes well/blends to the other vocalist.
• Is a worshipper and is comfortable exemplifying worship in a corporate setting.
