Serve

At Crossroads Fellowship, we believe in following Jesus’ example by serving both our church family and the greater Triangle community. Volunteers are a crucial part of how we accomplish this. Volunteers don't simply fill roles—they build connections and making a meaningful impact in the lives of those they serve.

Volunteering is an opportunity to discover your spiritual gifts, share God’s love in tangible ways, and assist our ministry teams in carrying out the Great Commission—right here at our campuses.

How to Get Started

  • Discover Your Spiritual Gifts
    • The Holy Spirit equips all believers with spiritual gifts, but discerning yours yourself can be difficult. Let us help you determine your unique gifting using our Spiritual Gift & Personality Profile. Contact Roberta O'Connor for access to the digital participation code.

  • Find Your Ministry
    • In-Person - We set aside time before Sunday services—8:30–8:50am and 10:15–10:45am—to share our top ten ministry needs with prospective volunteers.  Join us in Rm 211 at the Millbrook Campus or the lobby at the Wake Forest Campus to learn how your gifts can make a difference.
    • Online - Our Serve Form is a quick and easy way to express interest in volunteering. We invite you to reach out—whether you have a ministry already on your heart or are willing to meet the biggest needs.
