Women's Ministry

The Women's Ministry of Crossroads Fellowship exists to encourage and support ladies - no matter what season or circumstance - to become fully devoted followers of Christ. We believe this happens best when we Connect to one another and Grow in Christ; as well as Serve in the church and the community together. By doing this, we find a sense of belonging to God and one another, enabling us to become all we are in Christ, and equipping us to bless others with love, grace and the truth of Jesus Christ!

*Due to the necessary precautions surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), all Women's Ministry classes/groups are postponed until further notice. For more updates and to stay connected, please visit crossroads.org/coronavirus!

    Women's Studies & Groups - Millbrook

In a large church, it can be difficult to find a way to connect with other believers outside of worship. Joining an interest group, class or small group is a great way to find a place to plug in, belong, and grow in your relationship with Christ and other women.

    Women's Small Groups

Women are equipped within the context of Biblical community in our Women's Small Groups. These groups meet throughout our community at various times throughout the week and focus on Connecting, Growing, Serving, Praying and Giving together.

Each group is uniquely designed, according to the passions and gifts of the leader. Some groups may meet weekly for Bible study, while others may meet twice monthly to serve and connect with a devotion over lunch. Regardless, each group's goal is the same — to help you become a fully devoted woman of God!

Use our Group Finder Tool to find a group:

Would you like to host or lead a small group?
Women's Director Kristin Gruber provides leadership and small group training for those who are interested. Contact Kristin for more information.

We are officially launching a blend of MOPS and MOMSnext at Crossroads. This new extension of MOPS is for all mothers of school-age kids to experience authentic community, personal growth, practical help and spiritual hope.

This MOMSnext small group will meet at Crossroads Fellowship on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays with MOPS. The MOMSnext group will have brunch and crafts with our MOPS group. Many speakers and topics will still be relevant to this group; but there will also be opportunities for separate discussions unique to moms with older children. This Group will enjoy mom's nights out, lunch or coffee dates, and time for children to socialize together!
