Adult Ministries

at Crossroads Fellowship

Crossroads is made up of a diverse group of adults who seek to become fully devoted followers of Jesus together.

No matter where you are in age or life stage, we welcome you to be part of a church body that seeks to live out God's call to connect and grow as Christians, serve our community, and pour into the next generation.

Who We Welcome

Young Adults

The Triangle is home to a growing population of young adults who are building careers, relationships, and lives of their own. At Crossroads, we know that with all that 20-somethings have going on, what young, Christian adults need most is an environment where they can connect with those in their same season—and build authentic relationships with others one step ahead.

Singles &
Married Couples

Whether you're single, hoping to be married, or sharing life with a spouse, the people around you can make a big difference in how you grow. At Crossroads, we know that regardless of your relationship status, you need the same thing: ways to build friendships with others who understand your season of life, learn from those who've walked a similar road, and encourage one another to keep pursuing Jesus.

New & Established
Families

Whether you're welcoming your first child, navigating the energetic elementary years, or guiding teens as they discover who they are, family life brings plenty of joys and challenges along the way. At Crossroads, we encourage families at any stage by not only ministering to your children, but ministering to you—and helping you connect with other adults on the same parenting path.

Men & Women

It's a fact that men need men, and women need women! There's something special about connecting with others who understand your experiences, share your perspective, and can offer encouragement rooted in this common ground. At Crossroads, we create spaces where men and women can build these essential friendships, strengthen and support one another, and pursue Christlikeness together.

Empty Nesters
& Retirees

Whether you're adjusting to a quieter life or settling into retirement, this stage of life brings new opportunities to grow and connect. At Crossroads, we believe the senior years are full of ways to deepen your relationship with Jesus, invest in friends both new and old, and discover how God might be inviting you to use your time, gifts, and wisdom in this next chapter.

What We Offer

Rather than dividing adults into separate ministries based on age or life stage, we offer the same opportunities to everyone, so you can pursue Jesus in the space that will help you dive deepest in your relationship with Him.

Explore five ways you can connect + grow with other adults below!

Spark Groups

Are you new to Christian community—or simply looking for an environment where you can start having spiritual conversations for the first time? Then Spark Groups might be the place for you!

Spark Groups are offered at both campuses in 10-week sessions during the spring and the fall. This unique setting is meant to help you take a first step into a diverse, discussion-based community—and discover what it looks like to follow Jesus alongside others.

Small Groups

Are you ready to dive deeper with others and walk alongside them toward Jesus? Then a small group might be the place for you!

Our small groups are made up of people who gather to share Scripture, prayer, and life together. From diverse group discussions, to structured Bible studies, to gender-based gatherings and more, you can find a community that fits your season of life—and strengthens you in your pursuit of Christ.

Classes

Are you looking for an environment that will deepen your Biblical knowledge and push you to grow? Then our Sunday and weekday classes might be the place for you!

At both campuses, we offer classes that all aim to help you grow as a disciple. Whether you’re interested in exploring Scripture as a whole or learning how to apply it within a specific context or challenge, these gathering will help you grow in your understanding of God’s Word.

Discipleship Cohorts

Do you long to be part of a community that does more than share life—but actively challenges each other as disciples?

Discipleship Cohorts are a Millbrook initiative that aim to help you become a fully devoted follower of Jesus. In these unique, year-long groups, you'll build intentional relationships with other men or women, be challenged to follow Jesus more closely, and learn how to share His light with others in our anxious and fallen world.

Reach out to Millbrook Campus Pastor Doug Hodges and Next Steps Director Brittany Singer to express your interest—and enter an environment where you'll be poured into as a disciple of Christ.

Events

Connection is one of the hallmarks of Crossroads, and our events are one of the ways we bring it about!

Our events create opportunities for our church family to spend intentional time together, build new relationships, and enjoy the blessing that is Christian community. Whether you attend Millbrook or Wake Forest, there’s something unique happening every month to help you put names to faces—and find that our church is a place you can belong.
